Compassionate Mental Health & Substance Use PHP & IOP Programs
At SagePoint Behavioral Health, delivering compassionate and comprehensive behavioral health services is central to our mission. We offer programs designed to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, or both, with an emphasis on building long-term stability and fostering personal growth. Our care integrates evidence-based therapies with a holistic approach that addresses not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes of these conditions. This method empowers clients to develop healthier, more balanced lives while receiving the resources and guidance needed to move forward with confidence.
We provide treatment in both in-person and virtual formats to ensure accessibility and convenience for each client’s lifestyle and comfort level. Every program is led by an experienced team of professionals who work collaboratively with clients to design treatment plans tailored to their individual goals, needs, and strengths. True healing involves more than clinical treatment alone. It requires emotional support, physical wellness, skill development, and strong community connections. Our commitment is to equip clients with the tools, structure, and encouragement necessary for lasting recovery, improved well-being, and a renewed sense of purpose in life.
Comprehensive Behavioral Health Services for Lasting Change
Our comprehensive behavioral health services include intensive treatment programs, individualized therapy, and ongoing recovery support to address a wide range of needs. Clients may benefit from the structured environment of a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), the flexible schedule of an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), or the ongoing support provided through after-care and alumni connections. Each service is designed to meet individuals wherever they are in their recovery journey, providing the tools and guidance needed to achieve meaningful progress. By offering multiple levels of care, we ensure that clients can move forward at a pace that suits them while transitioning smoothly between programs to maintain lasting success.
Our Services
Every recovery journey begins with a clear understanding of a client’s needs. Our Assessment & Evaluation process is thorough, using a biopsychosocial model to review symptoms, history, challenges, and strengths. This evaluation helps determine diagnoses, identify service needs, and lay the groundwork for a personalized treatment plan.
Assessments are also used to match clients to the most appropriate program track, such as Mental Health PHP, Substance Use PHP, Mental Health IOP, or Substance Use IOP. Involving clients in the process ensures that treatment goals reflect their priorities and personal circumstances.
Mental Health PHP
Our Mental Health PHP is an intensive, structured day program for individuals needing a higher level of care than traditional outpatient therapy. It provides daily therapeutic engagement while allowing clients to return home in the evenings.

- Group therapy for peer connection and shared growth
- Psychoeducation on mental health topics and coping strategies

Referrals, Linkage, & After-Care
Recovery doesn’t end when a program concludes. Our referrals and after-care services ensure clients continue to receive the right support long after formal treatment ends.
We connect clients to:
- Community support groups such as SMART Recovery, AA/NA, LifeRing, Women for Sobriety, and Recovery Dharma
- Outpatient therapy providers

This collaborative approach helps clients transition smoothly into ongoing care and strengthens their support network.
